As featured in YNET and the 'People of the Year 2025' special print edition:

In January 2025, Yedioth Ahronoth published its Israel Managers 2025 magazine, featuring the standout executives who shaped 2024. I had the honor of being interviewed for the "People of the Year" supplement of YNET and Yedioth Ahronoth. The interview took place following the launch of AI-based optimization solutions for route management, distribution networks, and service operations. During the interview, we discussed how technology, optimization, and artificial intelligence help organizations improve performance — even in complex and rapidly changing environments.

A Year of Achievements Despite the Challenges

Being included in the "People of the Year" supplement was a moment of pause for me during an especially intense year.Alongside many challenges, this was a year marked by breakthroughs, rapid progress, and impactful achievements. The solutions we developed became critical for customers operating under real constraints. The interview was an opportunity to present not just the technology itself, but its meaning in the field — the ability to create business continuity, streamline processes, and deliver real value even when resources are shrinking. Our platform, developed entirely in-house, is designed for field workforce and supply chain management. This year we went further and launched an innovative AI-based optimization algorithm for routes, distribution lines, and service — helping large companies meet their goals and implement advanced logistics capabilities through B2B applications.

2024 Year in Review

2024 emphasized the importance of smart technology, operational flexibility, and rapid adaptability. During this period, we continued to deepen our development work, expand AI-based capabilities, and provide organizations with more precise tools for field management, distribution, and sales.

Key Takeaways from the Interview

Innovation That Creates Continuity

"Our role is also a kind of mission — continuity and revival through technology and innovation"The meaning of this statement for me is responsibility. Not just developing a system — but providing solutions that allow customers to keep operating even in complex situations, and to feel they have something to rely on.

AI as a Daily Work Tool

"We managed to provide customers with AI-based optimization systems within just a few days"The real challenge is not the technology — but the ability to implement it quickly. Organizations cannot wait months. They need a solution that works now.

Optimization That Delivers Business Results

"We saved on trucks, time, and costs and improved delivery times"This is exactly the difference between technology and business value. Not just seeing data — but actually changing the outcome.

Adapting to a Changing Reality

"Those who see challenges as opportunities for growth… can grow and break glass ceilings"In the past year, reality changed again and again. The ability to adapt quickly, make bold decisions, and act — that is what makes the difference.

Looking Ahead

Beyond technology, it was important for me to convey a clear message: innovation is not a luxury. It is a prerequisite for continuity, growth, and the ability to face change. Our work at WEBLET is the result of collaboration with customers who constantly challenge us to improve — and to build more precise, smarter, and more relevant solutions.
