POD Platform for Drivers

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is a structured process for managing product returns, enabling organizations to document, track, and control each return — from the initial request through to reintegration into inventory. In WEBLET, the RMA process is integrated into field operations, allowing drivers and headquarters to manage returns efficiently, including full documentation, return reasons, barcode scanning, and real-time status updates — ensuring complete transparency and control.

The platform works on all types of tablets and smartphones (Android and iPad) as well as desktop computers. It's an advanced platform for field workers, drivers, distributors, and technicians.

The driver gets the customer's signature on the screen, the signed document is sent to the customer via email as a PDF attachment, and transmitted to headquarters and as an attachment to the ERP system.

The driver can view the delivery and task list, sort stops by time and distance, open navigation to the customer's address, report departure and arrival, update quantities delivered or returned, scan barcodes and documents, photograph goods, capture the customer's signature, send a digitally signed document, and complete additional tasks such as check collection or returns — all from a single platform.
