WEBLET enables in-field collection and supports payments through a variety of payment methods. Field agents can view customer balances in real time, collect payments, perform settlements, record checks and additional payment methods, issue receipts, and transmit the collection data directly to the management station and the ERP system. Collection data is displayed in both the management interface and the ERP, allowing organizations to track how much each agent collected, review payment details, due dates, related invoices, and more. In addition, agents can view a daily collection summary through a cash register Z report. Subject to special order and the required approvals, collections can also be made by credit card. Receipts, Invoice / Receipt: This software module can operate independently for collection purposes and payment allocation to open invoices, or integrate with one of WEBLET's other modules. The application is continuously updated with customers' open balances and their due dates, enabling field agents to carry out efficient collection and allocate payments to open debts (in-field settlements). The Warehouse Module enables efficient and accurate management of warehouse operations. Goods receiving, goods dispatch, inventory counting, and shelf location management – all via barcode or QR scanning from a smartphone. Company management can view field activity at any time through the WEBLET web interface and compare targets to performance. Warehouse Goods Receiving: This module is designed for accurate and reliable recording of goods entering the warehouse using a barcode reader. Recording performed on-site contributes to the reliability of receipt entries immediately upon goods arrival. This recording generates warehouse receiving documents transmitted in real time to the organization's ERP. Entries can be ad hoc or against purchase orders issued to the supplier. Scanning Module: Enables efficient and accurate warehouse management: goods receiving, dispatch, inventory counting, and shelf location management – all via barcode or QR scanning from a smartphone. Supports fast scanning for picking and goods receiving, including expiry date checks, lot numbers and serial numbers, temperature logging for sensitive and chilled goods, and more. Dispensing & Issue Documents: This module is designed for recording dispensing transactions in the field via a mobile device instead of office-based recording. A dispensing document immediately deducts from inventory upon recording and is transferred to the organizational software. Upon recording, a dispensing certificate is generated for the receiving party. Inventory Counts: This module is designed for performing full or sample inventory counts in warehouses. The smartphone is updated with all item data, stock levels, and locations. Count results from the device are transmitted to the WEBLET server, which compares the count against computer records and highlights discrepancies. Upon request, the central system can be updated with the count data. Inventory Management: The entire process enables full and up-to-date inventory management, both at the smartphone level and across all organizational warehouses.
