According to him, all customer interaction is done innovatively: no more working the old way, with forms, manual signatures, bureaucracy, and phone calls to service centers.
Thanks to the digital transformation, everything is done through the mobile application. All forms are displayed on a tablet, which also photographs the vehicle. The application immediately transfers all digitally signed documents to both the customer and the Back Office. The end customer doesn't need to wait excessively for operations teams.
Real-Time Control and Monitoring
Since the application provides real-time control and monitoring of drivers, including map locations, it enables flexibility and schedule changes throughout the day while responding to customer needs, further contributing to the customer experience.
The CFO of Operate Lease noted that the WEBLET application provides company management with control and monitoring of the number of tasks each driver performs daily. According to him, Operate Lease owns approximately 12,000 vehicles and more than 120 service center and sales site locations nationwide.
