WEBLET, specializing in mobile computing for field workers, recently completed a project for managing the driver and service fleet at Operate Lease.

Operate Lease, a leading leasing company, specializes in operational leasing and fleet management for business and private customers. The company has a reputation for tailoring profitable leasing deals while adapting to the needs of each organization and customer.


Digital Transformation

To support its service mechanism and benefit its customers, the company implemented a digital transformation process and deployed the WEBLET platform for field workers. Through it, the company now manages all vehicle transport and rescue operations.

Support at Every Stage

According to the company's IT Manager, the WEBLET application is designed to serve field workers and service managers, supporting all stages of handling from receiving transport and rescue tasks, through driver assignment, to providing service to the customer. He added that through WEBLET's scheduling module, it's possible to optimally plan work arrangements for drivers and service providers, resulting in shorter times and improved efficiency. He noted that the WEBLET application enables providing customers with professional service at the highest level and supports Operate Lease's renowned service charter.

Innovative Customer Experience

According to him, all customer interaction is done innovatively: no more working the old way, with forms, manual signatures, bureaucracy, and phone calls to service centers. Thanks to the digital transformation, everything is done through the mobile application. All forms are displayed on a tablet, which also photographs the vehicle. The application immediately transfers all digitally signed documents to both the customer and the Back Office. The end customer doesn't need to wait excessively for operations teams.

Real-Time Control and Monitoring

Since the application provides real-time control and monitoring of drivers, including map locations, it enables flexibility and schedule changes throughout the day while responding to customer needs, further contributing to the customer experience. The CFO of Operate Lease noted that the WEBLET application provides company management with control and monitoring of the number of tasks each driver performs daily. According to him, Operate Lease owns approximately 12,000 vehicles and more than 120 service center and sales site locations nationwide.
